Wind Turbine Replacement Technician

As an Major Component Exchange Technician, you will play a crucial role in our Update Support Team, performing essential works on ENERCON wind turbines at various wind energy sites in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This position requires 100% travel, providing you with the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable international experience.Your main responsibilities will include: Undertaking physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions Checking all components to ensure compliance with our high manufacturing standards Assisting with the mechanical installation of update projects Collaborating with subcontractors on siteTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities: Ability to work freely in the UK & Ireland Previous experience working on wind farm sites is beneficial Banksman / Slinger Course, CSCS Card, Telescopic Loader Ticket and/or MEWP are all a distinct advantage Full, clean driving license is essential Physically fit and comfortable with heights High mobility is essential – willingness to move and to travel nationwide and abroad Ability to multitask and work to deadlines and targets Have a positive, pro-active approach to working in a team environment along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skillsIf you possess these qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the wind energy industry, we encourage you to apply for the Update Support Technician position at ENERCON.
