The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems with a focus on fire protection. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, HVAC systems, and fire protection technologies.You Will Develop and review mechanical system designs with a specific emphasis on fire protection elements.Conduct analyses to ensure that mechanical systems comply with fire safety regulations and standards.Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.Collaborate with the fire protection team to ensure alignment with overall building safety requirements.Prepare detailed specifications for mechanical systems, considering fire protection measures.Identify and recommend appropriate materials, components, and technologies to enhance fire safety.Stay current with local, state, and national building codes and regulations related to mechanical and fire protection systems.Ensure that designs and installations comply with all relevant safety standards.Manage and oversee the implementation of mechanical fire protection systems from conception to completion.Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and budget constraintsConduct testing and commissioning activities to verify the proper functioning of mechanical fire protection systems.Address any issues or discrepancies and provide solutions.You will have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldMechanical engineering with a focus on fire protection systems.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and related mechanical infrastructure.Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including NFPA and ASHRAE.Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyRemuneration & BenefitsCompetitive salaryCompany Car (Depending on role)PensionAnnual bonus26+ days annual leaveMuch more! Our vision is to dedicate ourselves to Building Excellence, delivering constantly high-quality projects exceeding our client’s expectations.
