They specialise in Personal Injury*, Conveyancing (residential and commercial), Data Protection, Wills & Probate, Insolvency Law, Property Law, Litigation, Medical Negligence and Immigration. To further augment their team of professionals they wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Solicitor – Litigation.THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL DO• Managing all aspects of a lawsuit.• Researching relevant laws and legal precedents that apply to each client's case to ensure they have a strong understanding of the law.• Responsible for reviewing all the evidence related to a case, this could include witness statements, medical records, and other documents to analyze evidence and determine the strengths and weaknesses of their client's cases.• Draft legal documents/Documents that need to be presented in court, like pleadings, motions, and briefs, on their client's behalf.• appear in court to argue their clients' cases before judges and juries while participating in settlement negotiations with the opposing counsel to resolve disputes outside of court.• have a strategy to manage cases that aligns with the goals and objectives that the client presents, things like how they present evidence, which witnesses to call, and what legal arguments to make are all key tasks and decisions required in this process.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• 5+ years PQE in General Litigation, Personal Injury and GDPR (Not essential)• Qualified and experienced within the jurisdiction of ROI• Highly motivated and confident with the ability to work proactively on your own and withina team• Have excellent advocacy and problem-solving, solution driven skillsets• Be commercially focused, client focused and provide competent legally based judgement.• Track record of successful case management• Excellent communication skills, approachable and friendly manner to underpin effective and• positive engagement with all stakeholders.• Be self-motivated, have attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and pro-actively• manage own files.BENEFITS/WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE• Competitive salary• Performance Related Bonus• Hybrid Working• Professional development opportunities, career growth.OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:JOB REF: VAC-13447Please note that your application will include 3 exercises, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of you as a potential future leader with teamWhat next - apply now!1.
