We do that by finding the most ambitious people to work with us. About the team:The speakers team at Web Summit curate and produce multiple stages for our global conferences in Lisbon, Doha, Rio and Toronto. They attract thought leaders across multiple sectors from Sports and marketing, to fintech and growth startupsTo support our Speaker producers, we are now looking for a Producer Coordinator, to work closely with the team, working with them on research, administration and project work, to help them excel in delivering world class stage content. What you will achieve:You’ll help our producers make the best onstage content in the world for our global events.You will support Producers with administrative tasks, such as email outreach and project work. You will help producers research niche topics and identify top thought leaders in targeted sectors.You’ll assist with outreach and acquisition of top speaker talent around the world. You’ll help improve processes and workflows, streamlining how producers do their work. You assist in travel and logistic scheduling for our acquired speakers.You will liaise closely with speaker entourages and personal assistants.You will work with multiple teams with the company, such as Key attendee success, Partnerships, Startups and Investors.
