Manager, Legal Entity Controller

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make a global impact for some of the world's most recognized brands.This role will have overall responsibility for accounting and Financial Reporting (both US and Local GAAP), and Tax compliance for a number of Legal Entities. This position will be responsible for companies with a broad scope and material to TCCC results.What You’ll Do for Us:Responsibility for preparation of Local and US GAAP Financial Statements in cooperation with Third Party service providers; owner of Legal Entity Financial Statements for a number of legal entitiesCertification and sign-off of Actual resultsProvide input on US GAAP Corporate submissions, where required.Responsibility for Corporate and local Tax compliance for a number of legal entities.Liaise with Process teams and Managers to ensure all transactions are correctly reported.Cooperation with E&Y, Third Party service providers, tax departments to complete tax and statutory auditsWork on team-specific initiatives to drive productivity.Collaborate with OU personnel and Corporate Functions on various projects and analysis.Communication Focus This role partners and engages proactively with Senior Leadership, Corporate stakeholders, E&Y or other Tax Advisors, and Corporate and Operating Units (OU) clients, as well as strongly collaborates with Global Finance Operations peers.Ensure escalation/communication of key issues/opportunities including tax risks, BS and CF risks and opportunities – including recommendations for resolution.Education Requirements and related work experience:Accounting qualification from a recognised Accounting body (Chartered Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years Finance/Accounting experience in the Coca-Cola system or multinational environment.
