As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join their growing business and lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations while also spearheading the development and growth of the HR function within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management, who can effectively balance operational responsibilities with long-term planning and implementation of HR initiatives.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of HR administration in conjunction with their HR Partner.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.Liaise with Hiring Managers in talent acquisition efforts, including conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Develop and deliver learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive work environment.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and HR service providers.Stay informed about HR trends, developments, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager or similar Senior position, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.ST-IND-23 Tags:
