Project Control Analyst - Polish Speaker

Position Summary:The Project Control Analyst supports and interacts with other colleagues within Bentley’s Advancements Teams, in relation to project data. This support is also extended to Sales colleagues, Directors, and Executives in some cases. Please note that this is an 16-month fixed-term contract. Your Day-to-Day: Adhere to all SOX control requirements. Adhere to BSM and all required processes and procedures set forth. Review, release, and administer project data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and authenticity. Participate in monthly project review meetings/Practice calls/Project Manager Calls. Create and track purchase requests for subcontractors as well as material Purchase Requests. Coordinate financials for every PS engagement working with PM to ensure accuracy. Process revenue recognition monthly which includes accruals, deferrals, and loss accruals. Work closely with finance colleagues at month end, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Provide monthly project reporting for PS colleagues. Perform project audits. Review time entries and approvals. Audit travel requests and expenses prior to final approval. Participate in system testing for enhancements and upgrades. Review proposals with knowledge and understanding of legal requirements. Collaborate with our legal and collection team members. Generate invoice drafts in Projector (project management system) and final invoice in SAP R3 (system of record). Initiate credit and legal approval for all assigned projects. Monitor and review quote accepted activities in assigned queue ensuring all documentation is attached and accurate. Communicate on a day-to-day basis with supported PS colleagues. Interact with internal colleagues and external users to resolve issues, provide training on processes, and provide analysis and feedback. Process and update internal interactive sites. Ensure all engagement documentation is posted to eBPR, PS project repository. Provide centralized support for field personnel. Interact with external auditors on a semiannual basis to ensure all project financials adhere to GAAP requirements. Support 5+ project managers. Provide detailed backup documentation to external auditors related to audit requests. Analyze Power BI reports, correcting project errors. Create Rev Pro baselines. Review and ensure Project Analysis Tool and Rev Pro baselines are accurate. Review projects for planning and accuracy before releasing to Delivery. Complete all annual and quarterly goals set by the management team. What You Bring to The Team: Professional Proficiency in Polish and English is a must have. 3+ Years of Administration experience in project administration and/or finance. Degree in Finance, Accounting, management, or equivalent working experience. Knowledge and demonstrable experience with principles and processes related to project data capture and processing. Knowledge and/or experience in revenue recognition. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Experience in managing small projects. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Should be familiar with other Microsoft programs including PowerPoint and Access.
