As well as focusing on health and innovation, Britvic Ireland is working in partnership with Origin Green, the world’s only national food and drink sustainability programme.   About the Role: As a Sales Support Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Assets Manager in overseeing and managing field assets, such as Refrigerated Coolers and Carbonated Soft Drinks.   You will also play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainable journey with a focus on Beyond the Bottle operations. Working in tandem with the Commercial Assets Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the accurate recording of assets within the Britvic system, SAP. Taking ownership of systems, you will contribute significantly to maintaining accuracy and compliance.    In addition, you will manage a newer segment of the business, taking on the responsibility of implementing a new CRM system. This system will particularly emphasize the Service element, with a strategic focus on route optimization and asset management.   This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities:   Asset Management:  Oversee and manage field assets, including Refrigerated Coolers and Carbonated Soft Drinks.  Contribute to the organization's sustainable journey, specifically in Beyond the Bottle operations. Focus - CRM system.    Operational Excellence:  Collaborate with the Commercial Assets Manager to achieve operational goals and KPIs.  Ensure accurate recording of assets within the Britvic system, SAP.  Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency within the new segment, namely engineer optimisation and Asset reconciliation.    CRM System Implementation:  Implement a new CRM system, with a particular focus on the Service element.  Optimize routes and streamline asset management through the new CRM system.    Accuracy and Compliance:  Take ownership of systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external systems. E.g. SAP is Britvic system, 3pl system.  Proactively identify and address issues within the systems for continuous improvement.    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:   Experience in Managing daily Operations of teams or engineers. Currently 3  Previous experience in asset management and/or CRM systems.  Familiarity with SAP or any ERP, is a plus.  High level Excel skills, Intermediate or above.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.  Proactive and self-motivated.  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.  Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.    We believe we are stronger together and that’s why we’re committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees.
