Customer Service Team Leader

Customer Service is one of the key elements of customer experience. In this role, you will work with a small team (6 people) of customer service professionals who are driven to provide excellence in service for KRAMP Genfitt. Your specific tasks include: Supervise a Customer Service Team. You are responsible for Customer Order Processing – Lead teams thar record/process customer orders.Maintain proactive relationships with key customers on a regular basis. You oversee the implementation of the customer relationship management system. Identifying opportunities for system improvement to enhance the management of customer relationships. Drive performance and continuous improvements. You monitor the performance of the team, allocate work and review completion. Contribute to individual performance management and appraisal. Serve as an expert in handling customer queries. You act as first line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets. Assign short term work schedules to the team in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines. Who are you? For this job we have a couple of requirements: You have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar roleProven track record in managing customer service teamsPractical “hands on” operational management skillsAdaptable, Flexible & “down to earth” leadership style Desire to develop others in a changing environmentWhat do we offer?
