The successful candidate shall report to the Executive Director, Governance. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Co-ordinate and manage Board and Committee meetings within the team to include minutes, recording of actions and liaising with colleagues on any output mattersPrepare memo’s, proposals and documents for Board/Committee review and considerationManagement and maintenance of corporate records and documentsResponsibility and oversight for subsidiary filing requirements with local Registrars and RegulatorsCo-ordinate and review periodic reporting to Head Office and internal reporting to Boards and CommitteesCollaborate with stakeholders within the business such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Planning on matters that relate to Subsidiary entities and CommitteesProvide comprehensive legal and administrative assistance and guidanceAdvise on corporate governance matters and best practice as well as updates on any changes in regulations and legislationProvide ongoing training and development of staffAd hoc projects as and when they ariseThis role is a Controlled Function (CF) role under the CBI Fitness & Probity regime.QualificationsChartered Governance Institute Qualification (or equivalent)Demonstrable experience working in governance, with sector experience in Fund Administration or broader Financial ServicesAdditional InformationExperience something Brilliantly Different with a career with MUFG Investor Services.
