Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment. Proactively monitor devices for faults and consumable requirements. Undertake fault diagnosis and establish effective repairs. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and training to clients to maximise equipment productivity. Effectively manage onsite stock of spare parts and consumables. Adhere to all security, vetting, health, and safety requirements
