Maintenance Engineer

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by executing preventive and reactive maintenance programs on our diverse range of plant and equipment. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on various plants and equipment within the facilities department, ensuring adherence to standard specifications and procedures. Maintain AHUs, chillers, compressors, CIP, and pumping systems to uphold operational efficiency. Uphold Health & Safety standards by utilizing appropriate PPE, permits, and safety protocols. Foster relationships with customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and business development. Contribute to internal meetings to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve customer-related issues. Document daily and weekly activities in the designated system. Research and implement new maintenance processes and systems in collaboration with approved vendors. Ensure compliance with site environmental regulations and company policies. Requirements: Electrical or Mechanical qualification with relevant experience. Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous. Proficient in facilities systems such as Boiler, Compressed Air, HVAC, Chilled Water, Water Treatment, and general electrical and mechanical services. Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic schematic diagrams. Experience with technically challenging applications is desirable.
