As a SAP Sustainability Control Tower Functional lead, your focus will be on leading functional design and implementation of SAP Sustainability Control Tower solutions to meet business requirements.Your experience, skills and capabilities; Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC Functional process knowledge of several of SAP Sustainability Control Tower Experience in implementing, configuring and advising on SAP Sustainability Control Tower Understanding of SAP Sustainability Control Tower with other SAP & non-SAP systems Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms, agribusiness Experience leading and encouraging teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore with our KPMG Global Delivery Network Excellent customer management and relationship building both internally and with the client. Your key responsibilities as part of the team; SAP Sustainability Control Tower solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation to the client. Identify key design decisions from a functional standpoint in crafting business processes. Working with business partners to identify the gaps in their existing processes and recommend improvements. Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the extended planning and analysis for business outcomes. Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP Sustainability Control Tower opportunities with new/existing clients. Providing mentorship on SAP Sustainability Control Tower standard methodologies and industry trends and ensure that solutions are aligned with our clients' business / ESG strategy. Provide support at any stage of the SAP Sustainability Control Tower implementation. Develop and maintain deep understanding of SAP Sustainability Control Tower, including architecture, functional capabilities and integration capabilities. Craft and specify integrations of SAP Control Tower solutions into other client systems, leveraging enterprise architecture principles and standards. Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria. Influence clients' use of automation/iRPA / Reporting solutions Train, mentor and supervise team members.
