Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience managing regulatory EHS inspections.Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance on EHS matters, including training and development, to employees at all levels.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and compliance with EHS requirements, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies to meet regulatory standards.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems, including necessary documentation and record keeping.Perform regular audits and inspections of facilities, processes, and procedures to identify improvements and ensure EHS compliance.Lead investigations into Health & Safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Promote continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the EHS culture within the organisation.Stay updated on emerging EHS trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating relevant changes into company policies and procedures.Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure compliance and address any issues or concerns.
