The business is growing rapidly year on year and we are expanding our team. Learn more about us here . We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Partnerships to join our rapidly expanding team. The focus of this role We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team and head up the partnerships function, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and developing a global partner plan to support our growth plans. The role requires a leader with strong people skills, digital first mindset and a proven ability to develop and manage a successful partner strategy and plan. You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and will input into growth plans in line with our revenue objectives and business plan. Role Detail Develop a tiered and segmented partner strategy and plan Recruit, retain and develop a global partner network Focussed on quality over quantity approach Develop an online partner portal Responsibility to develop the partner areas of our website in partnership with marketing Develop a team or partner managers, there is currently one other senior partner manager in the team Collaborate with all team but in particular with product, marketing and sales to drive growth and share intelligence Develop co-marketing and sale strategies with our partners to drive revenue growth Represent our brand at online and in-person events Desired Experience and Education Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Preferable experience in the education / edtech space Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently to achieve revenue goals and objectives Strategic thinking paired with practical implementation skills Comfortable working in a startup environment and enjoys the opportunity of scaling a brand Strong oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail Effective multi-tasker, with the ability to work well under pressure Strong people skills and collaborative approach to working within a global team across a growing company What we offer you A competitive salary package Growth Opportunities: We provide multiple avenues for personal and professional development, encouraging you to learn and evolve in your career journey 25 annual leave days increasing with years service Paid sick leave The chance to be part of a rapidly growing company with global ambitions A vibrant, dynamic team with a strong performance culture Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work!
