We have been Building Excellence for over 150 years by building trust, certainty, and value for our clients.Regional Building Services Manager – Europe You WillAct as a custodian for the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures providing technical support, guidance, and direction in overall Delivery of Projects Ensure the Building Services “Value Proposition” is aligned with the Business Units and Companies Vision, Values and Ambition Objectives.Ensure the Building Services Strategic Plan is being implemented in support of the Business Unit’s Strategy Execution Plan for the 5 Pillars of Vision, Zero, People, Projects and Partners.Oversee and ensure all aspects associated with the MEP Technical and Commercial parts of the overall Project Bid are executed in accordance with the Companies Pre Construction Manual ProceduresProvide leadership and guidance in the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required contract Pre-Construction and procurement strategy, and objectives. Ensure MEP teams ascertain Temporary Electrical requirements for their projects including load and energy assessments in line with the Management System Guidelines.Take overall responsibility for MEP Project delivery by providing the guidance, leadership and motivation to MEP teams reporting to him/her. Identify, plan, and promote necessary key building services resources to manage delivery of projectsEnsure MEP teams are Managing their Projects in accordance with the full suite of Building Services Management Procedures & Guidance documentation and specificYou will Have: Mechanical or Electrical Academic / MEP Technical related QualificationOver 12 years work experience in managing large scale and complex MEP Pharmaceutical projects. In Depth understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates.Professional Competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects from Estimating, Pre- Construction, and installation, Commissioning, Demonstration and Handover.Can demonstrate technical, effective interpersonal and commercial leadership skills necessary to deliver large / multiple MEP ProjectsUnderstanding of H&S policies and live energy practices and have positive safety values and behaviours.Can demonstrate the drive for importance of implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans.Membership of an industry related Professional institution such as CIBSE /CIOB / IEI or equivalentIOSH or equivalent H&S Management TrainingPlanning and ProgrammingProject ManagementRemuneration & Benefits:Competitive salaryExtensive Rewards &Benefits26+ days annual leaveMuch more
