Our client, a leading timber processor in Ireland and the UK, is looking to add an Internal Salesperson to their team. This is a full-time, permanent position and will be based onsite in Fermoy, Cork. The Internal Salesperson will be involved in account management, repeat selling over the phone, and working closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.First-round interviews are to take place May 7th, so get in touch now to find out more details. Responsibilities:Manage and grow relationships with an established customer base through repeat selling over the phone and account management.Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet existing targets and objectives.Utilise the ERP system for efficient order processing. Maintain comprehensive records of market insights and customer interactions in the CRM software.Liaise with the production department to fulfil sales requirements.Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.General office administrative tasks as required. Requirements:3-5 years sales experience.Enjoys working in an office environment and interacting with customers over the phone regularly.Enthusiasm, a desire to sell, and achievement orientated.The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail.The flexibility to travel to different plants if required.
