We're looking for qualified profiles who want to undertake challenging and stimulating professional growth paths with the following requirements:Scope & Activites•Ensuring that the massive communications of the company to the customers are executed timely as well as in an effective and efficient manner;•Assist with defining and executing the yearly plan for ordinary activities related to the client communications;•Assist with the planning and execution of extraordinary activities as they arise;•Liaising with external service providers and monitoring their service and efficiency as delegated by the up-line;•Assist with software developer liaison and project management activities as delegated by the up-line;•Liaising with IT department for anomalies/test related to the letters;•Website maintenance and development activities as delegated by the up-line;•Assist in the documentation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures;•Other activities, permanent or temporary, as delegated by the up-line Required experience & qualification- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial institutions or in similar role as customer support;- Degree qualified. Competencies (Technical and soft skills)-Precise with an exacting eye for detail;-excellent communication skills, both written and oral;-Microsoft office skills are a minimum and must demonstrate a methodical and diligent approach to tasks;-result oriented, strong organizational skills, concern for quality and accuracy and be able to work under strict deadlines-able to work independently and also as part of a small team.OTHER-Excellent italian, fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
