The Gleneagle Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Gleneagle Group consists of the Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle INEC Arena, a 279-bedroom hotel, with several bars and restaurants, extensive leisure facilities, day spa, retail space, banqueting and entertainment spaces for up to 4000 people, separate meeting and function rooms and self-catering apartments. There are a lot of moving parts with a core Gleneagle hotel team and separate teams for Gleneagle INEC Entertainment events and KCC business tourism events. The 4* Maritime Hotel set on Bantry Bay has 125 bedrooms and banqueting and leisure facilities.   Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team (Revenue, Sales & Marketing) in Killarney. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a strong background in marketing, with a focus on promoting hotels and experiences. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand visibility, attract new guests, and drive revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy rates. Collaborate with the Commercial director & hotel management team to identify target markets and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to showcase the hotel's unique offerings and attract new clientele. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirements:       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging. Excellent English, both verbal and written is mandatory. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software for tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
