Our teams use their functional knowledge and experience (, Finance, Quote to Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise. As a SAP Success Factors SME, your focus will be on providing expertise and support on implementation of SuccessFactors, a cloud based HCM system to drive transformation in Human CapitalYour experience, skills and capabilities; Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team. Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels. Move easily between big picture thinking and handling relevant detail. Anticipate customer needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the customer realises, they are required. Deliver and communicate technical knowledge in this area. Help create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or complementary teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and collaborators to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Your key responsibilities as part of the team; SAP HR solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation to the client. Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled HR transformations. Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the HR transformation / benefits case. Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP HCM opportunities on new/existing clients. Providing guidance and expertise on SAP SuccessFactors HCM & other related modules Develop and maintain deep understanding of the platform, including its architecture, Functional capabilities and integration capabilities. Design and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems, using enterprise architecture principles and standards. Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria. Influence clients' use of automation/iRPA Train, coach and supervise team members. Keep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancements and features.
