Job Type: Full-time Location: Roscommon Our client is currently seeking experienced Electricians to include property maintenance and fit out experience to work. Candidates must be competent and highly motivated with the ability to work on a wide variety of property maintenance jobs and able to deal with a number of different trades. The ideal electrician would be qualified with 3 - 5 years of experience in the property maintenance and fit out, focused on electrical installation, re-wires and pre and final commissioning. Requirements Have strong problem solving and decision-making skills Perform electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Complete all required documentation accurately and on time. Proficient in using smartphone, emails, etc. Essential: Proof of License or certification Qualified Electrician with a valid electrical certification Safe Pass Manual Handling training Own tools Must hold Full Clean Drivers License Benefits: Paid mobile phone Company vehicle Expenses Pension
