Your mission with us As an Agile Master, Scrum Master or Kanban Coach, you will work closely with Product Owner and/or Program Manager on Release Plan, as well as with the team, to create a collective responsibility and accountability for the development and delivery of the product. You will play a key role in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery. Responsibilities Coach and work with Product Owners to develop and prioritise the product backlog. Coach and work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered sustainably in a fast-paced business environment. Coach team in agile best practices. Drive and constantly improve teams’ dynamics with a strong focus on their productivity and performance, guided using agile metrics to drive and strengthen the delivery process. Requirements At least 4 years of practical experience as a scrum master working with multiple teams is required. Certificates: PSM I | PSM II | CSM | A-CSM | KMP I | KMP II Knowledge and experience working with Scrum and Kanban. Experience working in an environment with fast-changing priorities. Experience with working with culturally diverse and dispersed teams. Excellent leadership skills. An open mindset focused on growth and personal drive. Great communication skills, problem-solving, facilitation and influencing skills. Excellent teaching skills, ability to tailor sessions based on teams' needs, examples of sessions created in the past. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Examples of working with or implementing Scaling Agile methodologies and frameworks Experience in working with large cross-team projects.
