We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Hotel Manager with strong operational and hospitality experience to join the team in Glasson Lakehouse . The successful candidate will manage all operations for this premium resort along with the Senior Team. This resort comprises of 70 luxury rooms, a Golf Course, large event space, premium restaurant and bar, outdoor, heated pool and hot tub facilities, water sports and a luxury spa. We can offer 3 months guaranteed accommodation for anyone relocating for this role. You must be eligible to work full time in Ireland. Applicant Requirements: Have experience managing a high-volume hotel Have previous experience taking full ownership of the hotel and the teams and the ability to hit the ground running on this project Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession. Have a keen eye for detail Be a hands-on natural leader Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour Approachable with excellent people skills Superior customer service skills Strong operational experience Have previously managing budgets, managing labour costs and have a good idea of GP's A background in Front Office and experience in Revenue and Rates A passion for F and B and a willingness to jump into any situation within the hotel that's needed Strong communicator At least 6 years’ experience in a busy hotel At least 4 years’ experience in a Hotel Operations Manager or Hotel Manager position Previous keyholder experience The role: Coordinate and operation of full resort Working alongside the Hotel General Manager Managing costs Maintaining statistical and financial records Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws Keep track of the large event schedule for our property, and ensure events are well managed Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff Respond to customer queries and complaints High standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep team motivated and productive Control costs and minimise waste Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example Comply with all company policies and procedures Our Values: We have integrity We listen We care We develop talent We go above and beyond We embrace diversity Benefits: Continual training and development Career progression within the Group Gratuities * Wellness at work Events Travel Incentives Refer a friend scheme External company discounts Gym Membership discounts Employment Assistance Programme *Applicable to certain positions The Dean Hotel Group owns and operates a number of hotel across Ireland, in certain instances we may feel your skills and experience may suit another role we have available.
