We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance, to complex commercial business packages and we also provide a full range of health, life, pension, mortgage and investment products. The following opportunity has arisen in our PORTLAOISE branch.Customer Service Executive – Vintage Department We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Vintage team in our Portlaoise office. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of vintage car, tractor and van policies and generating new business. Cross selling to obtain leads for the general side, Life & Pensions and Health is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieving Renewal Income Retention targetsAchieving New Business Income targetsGenerating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health productsGenerating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial DepartmentsDelivering Excellent Customer ServiceAdhering to call script whilst dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound callsMaintaining the highest compliance standards Key Qualifications & Skills required3rd Level Business degreeProficient Microsoft office skills desirableThis role would suit a hard-working Graduate who is willing to learn and develop their career within the insurance industry.
