As a critical position in Cubic’s marketing team, the Head of Product GTM is responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy and overseeing its execution for Cubic’s products and services. The ideal candidate must have an expert understanding of enterprise buying audiences and their needs and act as a subject matter expert who transfers knowledge about markets, buyers and product across Cubic’s commercial organisation (sales, product and marketing). In this role you will be the driving force behind getting products to market, the voice of our customers, an expert in messaging, an enabler of Sales and an accelerator of adoption. You will successfully work cross-functionally, unifying and motivating peers from different teams. Duties & responsibilities Build, lead and execute a successful product go-to-market (GTM) function for Cubic Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement GTM strategies that drives revenue growth Implement plans for pricing, packaging, and promotion of our products that differentiate Cubic; highlight our value, impact, and ROI; and drive awareness and demand that creates new business, cross-sell and upsell opportunities with new and existing customers Create a centre of excellence for market and buying persona research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, value propositions and messaging A core responsibility is enabling Sales with messaging, collateral and presentations, and enabling Marketing with product-related content and assets Oversee product roadmaps, launches, campaigns and updates, including developing plans, playbooks, supporting collateral and sales enablement tools and resources Collaborate with internal marketing functions (digital, campaigns, events, content, comms) to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption Responsible for project managing product GTM workflows, as well as setting product marketing and GTM KPIs and communicating key results and measurement Contribute to quarterly marketing and business goals, objectives and KPIs Requirements 10+ years of experience in PMM/GTM strategy for products, services and related sectors A deep background in B2B with proven experience supporting B2B enterprise sales motions Ability to work across multiple internal functions to establish buy-in for our GTM strategy Solid understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development Ability to market customer-centric propositions with a focus on articulating customer value Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills including the ability to write or commission strong copy (data sheets, brochures, reports, web copy) and facilitate internal workshops Leadership experience in managing through change and company and product evolution Able to present plans and results to cross-functional team members and senior leadership Strong project management and product GTM workflow experience essential Detail oriented, well organised, efficient with time management and deadlines Benefits 25 days annual leave (pro-rated) + 2 company days Health Insurance Pension Contribution ESOP Death in Service Benefit Tax saver scheme Learning and Development Supports Career Development Opportunities Bits & Bobs days (paid half day every quarter to get your Bits & Bobs completed) Bike to work scheme Sports and Social Club Regular social events Cubic Telecom is an equal opportunities employer and committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
