How You'll Contribute: Move the needle on the top company focus area of user behavior change, utilizing evidence-based best practices in user engagement, psychology and technology. Build strong empathy with our users, understand their motivations and barriers, and the levers of habit forming. Be the subject matter expert in user engagement based on psychological research, user research, and analytics. Establish the product vision and strategy for our behavior change platform leveraging best practices, your domain expertise and technology. Identify your metrics, goals and priorities in partnership with leadership and execute against your strategy. Define and deliver compelling product experiences rooted in iterative experimentation, psychological research, data analysis, user insights and needs, strategic business opportunities and a clear understanding of our technical platform capabilities. Identify dependencies and build alignment across product development teams, cross-functional partners and company leadership. Collaborate with your Engineering and Design leads to execute on the product plan. Get to know your users deeply and create cohesive user experiences. Implement and share best in class product development and management practices. Communicate concisely and influence results. Must Haves: 5+ years of product management experience, managing SaaS products from inception through launch and iteration. Experience in building deeply engaging consumer centric products focused on long-term relationship with their users Strong track record of individual contributor product management achievement. Demonstrated track record of product leadership is a plus. Built and scaled B2C or B2B2C products that users have loved. Ran experiments, worked with design and user research to iterate on the experiences to drive positive outcomes for the users. Academic or work experience in neuroscience, psychology or a related field is a plus.
