This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Lead of ERP Portfolio Management role will make an impact:Responsible for building and design the ERP strategic roadmap in liaison with the ERP Global Head and the ERP Solutions LeadsResponsible to the ERP Project Portfolio and program governanceResponsible to consolidate and supervise the ERP Project Portfolio FinancialsResponsible to drive the ERP solution partners relationshipsResponsible to lead the ERP Project Portfolio dependencies with the other IT workstreamsAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or Computer Science. MBA in Finance will be taken in considerationAt least 15 years of experience in SAP Project ManagementAt least 5 years experience in Project management FinancialsAt least 5 years experience in SAP Global Vendors ManagementExtensive hands on experience in ERP implementations including three - five major ERP and Legal Entity consolidationsSAP project Methodology and SAP S/4 HANA Migration will be an assetExperience in a large multinational publicly traded companyExperience in the pharmaceutical industryLead and develop cross-functional, multi-disciplinary high-performing teamsProvides strategic and tactical direction and governance for the teamDirect supervision of managersAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
