Job summary A wonderful opportunity has been made available to join our fabulous OA CMHT Louth as a part time band 3 admin assistant. The offer is open to flexible working. Main duties of the job Duties would include: monitoring inbox, processing referrals, typing and sending correspondence, arranging appointments, maintaining electronic diaries, managing room bookings, requesting information from GPs, taking and making telephone calls to patients/GPs/relatives etc., attending and minuting meetings when required, photocopying, stationery ordering, administering petty cash.
