Products include but are not limited to hoists, powered/manual wheelchairs, electric profiling beds, mattresses and bed pan washers. As one of the market leaders in this segment as a Product Specialist you will interact with a wide range of healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical nurse managers, public health nurses, end user clients, procurement, and supply officers. TerritoriesBelfast or Cavan/Monaghan/Louth Responsibilities:Not limited to but will include:Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.Generate profitable territory sales in line with annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets through a combination of appropriate activities with existing and potential customers.Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquires.Have a high level of comfort using clinical information to build effective business propositions.Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potentialSystematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor informationTo maintain up to date and accurate records for the territory and supply market information punctually in line with the requirements set out by management.Participate in trade shows/conferences, training, and marketing activities.Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibilityThe successful candidate will have:A minimum of 3 years’ experience selling into the primary care market.Experience of assessments with mobility products is desirable.Technical ability in dealing with equipment is essential.Knowledge of the Irish healthcare market, systems and processes is preferable.Professional skills- Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skillsIT Skills (MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Strong personal driveCommercial awareness.Full clean driving licence.Who exceeds in this role?
