You will be joining my client a family ran Irish business who offer high quality products along with 5-star customer service.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store including people management, merchandising, driving sales and margin, standards, and service.Responsibilities for this Store Manager role:Drive the stores KPI’s, budgets and profit.Lead, train and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Maintain excellent stock levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment.Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.Ensure excellent company standards on the shop floor.Offer excellent customer service.Skills required for this Store Manager role:2-3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in fashion or non-food retail.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPI’s.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Commercial mind with a love for product placement.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service.An interest in fashion and high street.
