Short Intro and About the Job We are currently recruiting for an Operations Project Manager position. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time role. This role is based in our busy OP Team at our Wexford factory in Ireland and reports to the Head of Operations Project WXF - SNU.Outline of the Role:The mission of the Operations Project Manager is to bring strategies into realities through Portfolio & Project Management excellence. Our ability to change and implement product related projects first time right is fundamental to reinforce SN business competitive edge.More job duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead the execution within the supply point of all product and packaging related projects by mobilizing and leading the cross-functional resources/stakeholders (local and central) to achieve key milestones first time right: on time, in full, to the right cost, with the right quality.Responsible for developing and updating the execution timeline (including timings for trial slots and for any investment required to support the project).Coordinating the overall project budget requirements within the internal SP including trial cost/requirements based on the agreed validation plan, write off & analysis cost.For updating COGS during the execution of the project and aligning any changes versus previous gate with central finance and product sourcing.Align internally with the plant leadership for approval of team resources and stage gate changes.Lead a cross functional risk management exercise documenting risk level and mitigation actions. Ensure project readiness and escalations are aligned and clearly communicated for innovation gate presentation and POD (point of discussions) are updated ahead of the innovation gate forums.Prepare project overviews and scenarios for decision making with senior management.Close the project with a clear post launch evaluation and a complete handover. Execute right project management practices for all projects & drive proactively for continuous improvement in ways of working and processes.Drive the productivity pipeline and always consider productivity savings throughout projects and Ensure optimise use of supply point resources by embedding one touch principles by leveraging synergies/consolidating initiatives between F4G and innovation portfolio.This role will require some travel across Europe. About You The Ideal Candidate:Technical/ functional skills competenciesA Masters or Bachelors degree in a business discipline is required or; experience in a similar role more than 2 years.Experience in project management &/or projects portfolio management.Knowledge, experience in manufacturing / supply chain operational/technical environments.Experience in the food industry is a plus.Project management accreditation like PM BOK is a plus.Very good knowledge of MS office and project management methods.Leadership competencies:Highly energetic and enthusiast individual.Ability to manage cross-functional and international teams with collaborative mindset.Problem solver with can do attitude and ability to manage ambiguity.Effective leadership and stakeholder management at all levels.Strong team player.Quick learner, demonstrate autonomy and structure in his/her work attitude.Result driven.Able to build a recognized credibility through a solid sense of organization and structure.Advance in English is mandatory, other languages will be considered a plus.
