Multiskilled Technician Comms ‘People Moving People’ Transdev is an international public transportation company with operations in 17 countries. It is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of culturally diverse team members and an experienced and supportive management team.Responsibilities: To maintain electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with a specified company, quality, health & safety procedures.Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.To be part of a First Line Response Team.Follow all established safety procedures and good housekeeping practices and utilise safety equipment as required.Assist experienced staff in disciplines other than their speciality.To coach and develop as a mentor to other staff where applicable.Attend and participate in all team forums and communication sessions.Attend and participate in all training provided.To read reports/manuals and fully participate in training programs;To actively participate in the reduction of Deviations from Standard reported each month on Health, Safety or Environmental Grounds, as per Company procedures;To undertake any other duties as specified by either the Supervisor or Discipline Manager. Approaches all tasks to complete them most efficiently and effectively while bearing in mind the target timeframe Experience: Electronics or Telecommunications Qualification NFQ/QQI level 7 Experience in Electronics, Servers, PCs, CCTV , PABX, IT and signalling systems Experience working within a Rail Infrastructure or similar environment;History of work in a process/production environment preferable;Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems preferable;Clean driving licence for light vehicles;PC skills, including all Microsoft software packages Salary: €55.480.35 – 70,000.00, including shift allowance.Benefits:Excellent benefits befitting of an international company include health insurance, pension, sick pay, 22 days holiday, bonus, free parking, company events.
