APC is integrally involved in the National Energy Strategy for the island of Ireland in its transition away from a reliance on traditional electricity generation methods to new technologies than can support the ever-growing demand for renewables. As part of this transition, APC has secured several new bespoke Projects across the island and are now looking for a number of experienced and trainee professionals. One of these exciting roles is for a Graduate Engineer to join our ever-growing team. The role is located in Limerick, will require regular travel to our sites and has an immediate start.  PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a Graduate you will play an active role in learning the application of the following elements of site but not limited to: To provide technical support to the Management & site installation teams Responsible for issuing drawings and documentation Liaise with Contractors to ensure all equipment is commissioned Preparing and issuing RAMS Reporting to the Project Manager on project progress Attending site meetings Conduction desktop and field research Administrative duties assigned by the site Manager Generating site reports. Health & Safety - delivering without accidents or impacts on occupational health Planning and Programming - delivering on time Quality, Improvement & Environmental - delivering efficiently without waste, incidents & defects Design Management support - delivery of project to cost and programme M&E management support - delivery of optimal solutions for time, cost, and quality Support Management to maintain an overview of cost of service provision to ensure the project is fully productive. DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS? Mechanical Engineering or Construction Services Degree. Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years. Knowledge and understanding of industrial gas systems desirable. ARE YOU? Well organised and able to work under pressure. Have you the ability to think ahead and communicate those thoughts / ideas. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Have the ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to agreed standards. Excellent IT / system skills.
