Job Description:
Responsible for overseas sales and expanding the international market, actively achieving sales targets, and increasing the company's market share.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Keep in close communication with customers to understand their needs in real-time. Handle various sales tasks, including business negotiations, contract signing, sales execution, after-sales service, and payment plans.
Develop new territories and establish new distributors. Communicate with distributors/agents to reach cooperation agreements.
Conduct research and analysis on overseas market segments, understand competitors' market layouts, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
Participate in international or regional exhibitions to enhance the company's brand influence. Develop post-exhibition market development plans and follow up on implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in German, which can be used as a working language.
Two or more years of sales experience in the digital accessories, telecommunications, or electronics industries, with experience in brand development in overseas markets or overseas postings preferred.
Ability to independently develop customer resources and adapt to occasional business trips.
Strong execution ability and teamwork spirit. Responsible, resilient, and able to actively cooperate with the company's strategic planning adjustments and implementation.
