HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team in our Head Office. Requirements A minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy Human Resources role Recognised 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline and preferably CIPD qualified Knowledge of Employment Law, practices and their application and managing employee relations issues Experience of providing advice and guidance to employees and management Experience working within a healthcare environment would be advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with colleagues, visitors and residents as required Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring compliance with all regulations Assist in the development of innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent Monitor and report on absenteeism, training compliance, and new hires ect.
