Product Specialist, Broadcast Archive - 12 Months FTCLocation: DublinWork type: HybridContract: 12 months fixed-termStart Date: ASAPWho You Are:You play a supporting role between Sales, Getty Images clients and dedicated Broadcast Archive Product Specialists, focused on maintaining and growing our prestigious offline partner collections. You interpret and fulfill clients’ requests with a customer service and problem-solving mindset to ultimately drive revenue and grow licensing of our offline video business. You are diligent and have a high attention to detail with the ability to manage and keep track of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You have a keen understanding or interest in the broadcast and production space with the ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.Your Next Challenge:Supporting an assigned base of customers, Sales functions, and content partners, focused on obtaining, delivering and licensing offline content.Work closely with our offline content partners.Perform detailed company and project discovery to understand client content needs.Work within our CRM (Salesforce) to fulfill tasks from customers and sales functions. Including submitting offline research, preview, and master requests to offline content partners. Delivers results to customer with information around next steps for license.Completes customer briefs and onboarding sessions, educating them on what content is available and the process of ordering offline content.Support invoicing and management of Production agreements. Including but not limited to royalty submissions, monthly report generation, shared document updates etc.Manages the offline video fulfillment and licensing process for smaller production projects.Fields inquiries sent via the inbound channels.Passes project leads to relevant Sales teams and Product Specialists.Performs account and credit terms set up for customers.Troubleshoots issues with offline clearance and delivery.Handles a la carte project billing through Salesforce.What You'll Need:Customer service, sales or archive experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills with a consistent track record to meet deadlines.Proven experience in building successful relationships with customers and internal departments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently to manage small projects without supervision, seek answers independently.Displays the ability to use critical thinking.High accountability and attention to detail.Team player, thrives in a team environment.Proven experience in effectively working in a changing environment, for an international company.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
