Responsibilities : Take ownership for the preparation of all regulatory compliance for Revenue (CT, VAT, income tax, ERR reporting, VIES/Intrastat & RTD) & CSO returns.Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts including preparation of the audit files, liaising with external auditors and review of the Financial Statements.Own the full Balance Sheet reconciliation process.Lead reporting and analysis of Cost Centre specific Overhead spend.Provide critical back-up to the Financial Controller on all financial closing, shareholder reporting and the various components of the annual planning & forecasting process.Lead the preparation & reporting of the Management Accounts for our Northern Ireland business including all regulatory compliance.Lead the reporting & reconciliation of the debt factoring programme.Provide critical back-up to the Treasury Analyst on all aspects of Treasury reporting and control. Own the process for Purchase Requisition / Purchase Orders (PR/PO).Support the Finance team on system & process improvement projects. Skills and experience: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA with at least 2 years PQE.Medium to advanced excel ability with strong analytical capability.Self-starter with a proven track record of process/systems improvement.Strong communication skills with cross-functional team experience.Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.Proven track record in delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ideally exposure to FMCG industry, specifically food manufacturing, marketing and distribution.
