eFlexes have a new and exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with a well established and growing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a permanent full time office based role, working in a busy and vibrant environment. With a focus on Accounts Administration, the role will also provide administrative support, and work closely with the General Manager on various projects as they arise. Responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable & Receivable Posting Invoices Reconciling Invoices Ensuring all Payments are completed Handling all relevant enquires Credit Control Dealing with Customers & Suppliers Payroll preparation Liaising with Accountant Other duties pertaining to Accounts as required Office Administration Skills & Experience required: Previous experience in a similar position is desirable Have a high level of Computer literacy in MS Excel; Word Numerical, problem solving and analytical skills Experience working with Thesaurus Accounting System would be an advantage A confident and assured telephone manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills This is an Office Based, full time position.
