For our Digitalization and IT Department, Development Division, we are looking for a temporary position from 01.04.2024 until 31.03.2025 as part of a parental leave replacement. Product Owner with a focus on UI design as a specialist (f/m/d) With your expertise, you will contribute to fail-safe software that saves lives in an emergency in smooth practice operations for more than 73 million people with statutory health insurance. YOUR TASKS You design and market software for our internal and external customers You will work in an analytical and advisory capacity on IT projects in the field of outpatient care for statutory health insurance physicians You translate product ideas and optimizations into user stories You design and maintain user interfaces and prototypes of software products You communicate user guidance, interactions and design ideas effectively and convey concepts within the team and to stakeholders You accompany the entire product life cycle of our software through the development, market launch and support phases YOUR PROFILE You have a university degree (Master's or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional experience) ideally in (media, medical, business or technical) computer science You have experience in the system analysis of complex web and mobile applications You have good knowledge of UI design with Figma, Sketch and Adobe products You have good knowledge of HTML, SCSS and JavaScript You have demonstrable German language skills at level C1 (CEFR) In addition to your professional qualifications, you have a team-oriented way of working WE OFFER YOU Agile combination: you enjoy the benefits of a secure job and at the same time work in an innovative IT environment consisting of a system house and service provider Early riser or late riser?
