Job Role Details: Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on Irish legal aspects across various asset finance matters, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout transactions. Transaction Management: Manage transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively, demonstrating attention to detail, professionalism, and multitasking abilities. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, working collaboratively within a team environment to deliver exceptional service and value. Document Review & Preparation: Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective, prepare and negotiate Irish security documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Business Development: Engage in business development activities, actively promoting the firm, seeking new opportunities for work, and contributing to cross-selling initiatives. Whats required ? 2-5 years PQE with a law firm or banking. Experience in Asset finance a distinct advntage, but not necessary if you have experience in a similar legal field.
