As a Marketing Project Delivery Manager at Tricel, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a diverse range of marketing projects, with a particular emphasis on understanding the intersection between marketing and development processes. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also possessing a strong grasp of development methodologies and technologies. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate marketing channel expertise and project management skills to deliver 'best in class' marketing programs across the full marketing mix. You will be an expert in online conversion and actively runs optimisation programs to ensure top of the benchmark performances across the board. You will act as a warden of all digital project executions related to design and development and thrives to continuously improve processes to ensure delivery takes place in a lean, optimised environment. The Project manager will be responsible for leading a team that assists the department with the setup and installation of technology tools and products. They work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives. They oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in agency-like setup where resources must be managed for optimal use. The Marketing Project Manager will report directly to the Group Head of Marketing. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day workload of the design and development team in activities ranging from minor updates to Tier 1 projects roll outs. Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and associated technology infrastructure, including marketing automation and CRM integration. Work closely with technical teams to understand development constraints and opportunities, ensuring marketing initiatives are technically feasible. Be part of the marketing team with an attitude for 24/7 ownership of both your own platform but also the overall Digital platform and its reputation within the business and with our various customer bases. Be the primary point of contact for counterpart marketing executives. Leading the planning of both the future initiatives pipeline readiness but also the forward planning of people and system capacity estimating and associated budgeting. Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects, channels and platforms, as well as the risks and issues jeopardising your teams' success, ensuring that the appropriate resources are utilised, stakeholders are regularly informed and that the consequences of any actions are clearly understood. Ability to provide comprehensive reports on project performance, timelines and budget. Analyse project outcomes and identify areas of improvement for future projects. Lead cross disciplinary programs aimed at improving conversion across all channels used in the marketing mix, particularly emphasizing on websites and other digital media. Lead daily team stand-ups, track risks and help to eliminate them. Build and maintain a motivated delivery team, including third party development resources, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards Drive the Digital team to work at pace, ensuring the team are working towards delivery commitments Ensure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important Coach team members and others, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the environment. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a strong understanding of both marketing and development processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agency type set-up Ability to identify and provide an excellent customer experience through the delivery of projects Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software Analytical thinking skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience in digital marketing or creative project management. Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies. Experience working in a cross-functional role involving marketing and software development.
