A Deputy General Manager at DUBL!N ONE is a unique and very rewarding position within the business, it is a varied and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and personalised experience. Financial Performance: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Quality Assurance: Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of growth and career progression. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive repeat business. Crisis Management: Act decisively and effectively in handling any emergencies or crises that may arise, prioritising the safety and well-being of guests and team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of experience in hotel management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front and back of house functions. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Why apply?
