Property Asset Manager - Cork Location: Cork Type: Perm Category: Finance, PMO/Business Support, Compliance/Legal Salary: €85,000-€95,000+ Experience required: 8+yrs Property Asset Manager – Co. Cork NEWLY CREATED ROLE! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Asset Manager to join our team in Co. Cork, Ireland. As a Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and management of our property portfolio in the region. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, asset management, or related field. Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing practices, and real estate finance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include: Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Co. Cork and beyone ensuring optimal performance and maximizing asset value. Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting on property performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to maintain property value and compliance with regulations. Vendor Management: Select and manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to support property operations and maintenance. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to property ownership and management, including insurance coverage, safety compliance, and legal issues. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant laws and standards. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance, enhance asset value, and achieve long-term business objectives. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on property performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
