Full job description Job Purpose Brookfield Care Centre are now welcoming applications for Receptionist role. The Receptionist would be working with all departments and providing the best possible customer care and administrative support. Providing a friendly environment where queries are handled professionally and with confidentiality. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of the switchboard and redirect calls in a professional and courteous manner Maintaining an organized. neat and tidy desk Providing secretarial support for managers where needed Proficient use of word, email, internet, excel, power point, photocopier, franking machine, fax machine and other office equipment. Completing all the paperwork involved in admitting and discharging Residents Imputing residents details files to ensure all are up to date Receiving and recording cash receipts. Issuing receipts to customers Coordinating incoming and out coming mail Refer any queries regarding bed vacancies to the relevant manager Filing residents details and archiving old files Ordering any supplies using the Company purchasing system Co-ordinate complaints handling and compliance with Complaints policy Person Specification Requirements: Knowledge of IT skills Good knowledge of Health and Safety. Ability to work well within a team. Adaptable.
