Job Description Due to continued expansion in the Irish Construction Market, Jones Engineering require a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team on projects in the Cork Region. The projects are related to the Pharmaceutical industry and Data Centre. Responsibilities To provide support to Construction Team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following: * Tracking Costs and Hours of all Labour Hire Subcontractors. * Tracking Costs and Hours of all Subcontracted Prelim Staff. * Assist the Senior QS with the preparation of Commercial Reports. * Maintain all Commercial Registers. * Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account * Assist the Senior QS with monthly progress applications. * All other duties associated with this role.
