Job Title: Location Scout and Rental Negotiator (Dublin Based – US Market)Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri- 10am-7pm as you will work on the US/Canada market)Location: Dublin City CentreWork Model: Fully Onsite.Salary: €45K OTE with uncapped commission + pension, healthcare & gym.Are you passionate about sustainable transportation and eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure? We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Location Scout and Rental Negotiator to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing prime locations for infrastructure required for sustainable transportation across the East Coast in the US market, enabling the widespread adoption of sustainable transportation.Key Responsibilities:Location Scouting: Research, identify, and evaluate potential locations for infrastructure stations in the US market (East Coast). This includes assessing the accessibility, visibility, and suitability of each location.Landlord Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and real estate professionals to negotiate favourable rental agreements for station locations.Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales and Revenue Generation: You will identify and pursue sales opportunities, present products or services to potential clients, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targetsMarket Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making in location scouting and rental negotiation.Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with local authorities and government agencies to ensure that all necessary permits and regulations are met for the installation of charging points.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the feasibility of potential locations, considering factors such as foot traffic, electricity costs, and revenue projections.Contract Management: Draft, review, and execute rental agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation with landlords, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company’s products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors’ offerings.Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of these stations, including site preparation and installation.Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.Fluency in EnglishExperience working in the US/Canada market is essential.Proven experience in sales/customer service, account coordination, real estate, site selection, or location scouting.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win agreements. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Why this role and company?
