We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.       Responsibilities provide high-quality, residential care to the individuals strong person-to-person vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings   maintaining our core values of delivering respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.  The main responsibility of the Social Care Manager will be to supervise the day-to-day activities. You must work closely with the Area Manager to guarantee that extraordinarily high-quality services are delivered. The Social Care Manager is responsible for making sure the service complies with the organization's policies and standards and is in line with the HSE New Directions Policy. Requirements The following fields require a third-level qualification from candidates: Allied Health Professions, Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, or a similar subject. Two years minimum of appropriate post-qualification experience working in social care resources. Proven track record of taking on new duties, organizing initiatives, and overseeing allocated obligations in your existing position. A clean, valid manual driver's license.
