Paint Assitant - Rooneys Kells As part of our vibrant team, you'll be the go-to guru for all things paint. You'll help our customers choose the perfect shade, mix and tint paint like a pro, and keep our paint department looking as fresh as a new coat of paint. Got some experience with paint? Great! Have a flair for colour? Even better! We're also looking for someone with solid sales experience, top-notch customer service skills, and a manual handling certificate would be the cherry on top. What you will do! Your days will be filled with a rainbow of responsibilities - from selling a wide range of paint products and staying up-to-date with the latest colour trends, to sprucing up our showroom and ensuring our displays are always on point. You'll also be responsible for receiving and storing deliveries, coming up with creative solutions to meet customer needs, and keeping an eye out for any security issues. What we are looking for! We're looking for someone who's a team player, has excellent communication skills, and a knack for organisation and detail. You should be flexible, willing to learn, and have a knack for tact and diplomacy. And most importantly, you should love working with people and be driven to hit targets. Who will I be working with? You'll be working closely with our Branch Colleagues, Branch Manager, Regional Director, Head Office Team, Sales Representatives, as well as our customers and suppliers. When will I be working? This is a permanent role, with a 5-day working week spread over 7 days, including weekends on a roster basis.
