Who we are looking for We are seeking to recruit an enthusiasticpliance professional, to join our Corporatepliance team, covering our fund administration and custodian/depositary businesses in Ireland. Reporting to the Heads ofpliance, the role will involve engagement in the ongoing operation of thepliance Oversight Program, including regulatory change analysis and maintenance of regulatory inventories, regulatory risk assessments, monitoring and testing plans, and reporting to key stakeholders and regulators. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Office locations are Dublin, Drogheda and Kilkenny. What you will be responsible for Aspliance Analyst, AVP you will: Work with colleagues in the successful and timely execution of thepliance Oversight Program Prepare, monitor and coordinatemunications with the Central Bank of Ireland Have responsibilities in relation to regulatory analysis and advisory activities, risk assessments and assist in the design, oversight and execution of testing activities to ensure a robust andprehensive monitoring and testing plan Actively engage with the business unit in relation to their regulatory obligations, fostering an open, co-operative relationship Engage with clients in due diligence visits What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Ability to quickly analyze regulations, particularly those relation to financial services in Ireland Strong attention to detail, ability to see through tasks untilpletion Proactive attitude, with strongmunication skills Ability to meet challenging deadlines in a dynamic environment Willingness to participate in global and regional projects Co-operative attitude, ability to work with colleagues in EMEA and Globally Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint Education & Preferred Qualifications Qualification in Accounting, Finance. Legal or Business related area, or relevant professional experience Prior experience in financial services industry an advantage ACOI Diploma inpliance or similarpliance, legal or regulatory qualification an advantage Additional requirements The role is classified as a CF2 under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity regime (CF2), hence candidates mustply with the relevant requirements regarding fitness and probity.
