Purpose of the Role: The Person in Charge (PIC) will be responsible for the overall management of the Service. This includes responsibility for providing the highest standards of service to Residents and management of staff. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and the implementation of Talbot Group policies and procedures supporting best care and practice in disability services.
